We have a very easy, hassle-free returns policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a prompt credit coupon. Simply return unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached in the original box packing within 15 days of delivery for an exchange. You will be issued a credit coupon only for the item(s) you are returning. This coupon can be used for a future purchase on Heart2Heart.in
You will receive a Credit coupon for the item(s) you are returning which will be minus the shipping and cash on delivery cost. If applicable. Please allow up to 10 business days from date received for your return to be processed. Initial shipping fees refundable. The return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
What are the items/services that I cannot return?
Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on opened boxes of briefs, swimwear, shapewear, hosiery, or any lingerie set that includes a brief. If these items are returned to Freedom Apparels they will be sent back to you at your expense.Gift cards are non-returnable and can’t be exchanged for cash.Gift box charges won’t be refunded if goods are returned. Also, any replacements you’ve asked for won’t be gift boxed.Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.
Items on special or season promotions and stock clearance. The no return policy will be mentioned in the product tab in such cases.In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you are returning a purchase for a credit, you are responsible for the return shipping and to ensure that the products reach us in good condition. We will process your return within 10 working days of receiving your shipment. Our quality team will check the products to ensure they comply with our returns guidelines. We will then notify you with your coupon code.
In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise. If you have received a tampered box please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacing the merchandise.
How do I return something?

If you received a product as a gift from loved ones and need to return it for an alternate size, please follow our returns guidelines. You can exchange the gift for a credit coupon that will be issued to you. Please note that the products are to be returned at your own expense.
